Common Lisp manual online?

I'd really like to get Common Lisp The Language online. It would help to
be able to interactively look things up, build a better index, etc.
Is this sort of thing likely to be tangled up in DEC's copyright? (E.g.,
only DEC can publish an online manual or some such nonsense?)
